Having served as a Fortune 500 “C” level executive and corporate officer in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and industrial products sectors, Mark exploded onto the corporate governance scene by founding the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (www.nacdnj.org). As President and Chief Executive Officer and a valued member of the NACD national leadership team, Mark is the driving force behind the NACDNJ certification program, Mastering The Fundamental Four: The Key Board Roles for Functioning as a Strategic Asset and Sustainable Competitive Advantage. In addition, Mark initiated the corporate director of the year program, which will set the governance standards for boards and directors in the Garden State.
As an adjunct professor and faculty member at The Singapore Institute of Management, American Management Association, and Rutgers University, Mark received breakthrough levels of evaluations from students and executives around the world. He currently is an adjunct professor and advisory board member of Inside the Boardroom at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education, where he teaches his newly designed corporate governance certification course to boards and senior management teams entitled, The Shareholder Value Assurance Certification Workshop.
Mark received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his Master’s degree from Rutgers University. He serves on the boards of Trestle Group and Insight Wellness, and is a former board member of Abington Health Care Corporation.
